MANUFACTURING TIME & SHIPPING
Each piece found in e-shop is ready to order. Please allow up to 5 business days to ship after order is placed.
Message will be sent to your e-mail with parcel tracking number when your order will be shipped.

We ship worldwide and all items are shipped via Standard Priority mail service with tracking number.
Expected delivery times - Europe: 7-12 business days / International: 14-20 business days.
Please note that there can be delays in shipment because of COVID-19.
International buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes etc.
Jewelry are packaged as a gift in a nice gift-box and shipped in a bubble mailer.
If you are not satisfied with your order, purchased on www.rozenthal.eu, you can return necklaces within 14 days of receipt. Please send a brief e-mail to email@example.com and include your name, the item, and invoice number before sending the order. We will send you the instructions for returning your item.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
Porcelain is a fragile material and can break if not handled with care. Please be careful not to drop your jewelry! We do not take responsibility for jewelry that is broken by the wearer.
We will refund you as soon as we have received the jewelry. We do not offer free returns unless the item is faulty.
Please note that all orders have to be sent back in their original condition. We recommend shipping items with a trackable carrier as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit. After 14 days of receipt, all sales are considered final.
